Orders & Customers is the iPhone and iPad app that comes with Guacamedia Web. It tells you as soon as a paid order or a request from your site arrives, and lets you manage orders, customers and conversations from your phone, with the same data as the console.
It is in closed alpha: we use it every day on the shops we run, and we open it to a few clients at a time through TestFlight.
Real screens from the app, on our own workspace with test data: orders, customers and messages are made up.
A notification for every paid order and every request sent through your site's form, with the customer's name and the amount. Newsletter sign-ups stay silent: you find them counted when you open the app.
Orders grouped by day and by status, with search. Inside an order you find items, customer and delivery, and you mark it shipped with the tracking code: the email to the customer goes out on its own.
The contacts of every site, split between requests, customers and newsletter subscribers. Tap a person and see everything: their orders, conversations and team notes.
The console's conversations become a real chat: bubbles, photos, search inside the messages. Reply to the customer or leave an internal note for the team that the customer never sees.

The app is being tested: we use it every day on the shops we run and update it often. It installs through TestFlight, Apple's app for test versions.
No: it reads orders, contacts and conversations from the platform. It is the way to keep Guacamedia Web with you.
Not for now, only iPhone and iPad.
When the alpha has run its course. Meanwhile, if you have a shop with us, you can ask to try it.
If you have a shop or a website with us, write to us: we add you to the testers and you get the TestFlight invitation. If you do not have one yet, tell us about your project.
We reply within 48 hours, and a person replies.
