Services

Websites for productions and festivals: catalogues, programmes and audiences.

We design websites for film, audiovisual and cultural organisations that organise projects, editions, programmes, guests and tickets without losing identity. Teams can update every item, while contacts become an audience for the next edition.

The catalogue is not a list: it is the site

For Daitona every film and project is a real page, opened from the library. The catalogue grows from the console: new project, new page, nobody to call.

A festival has dates, tickets and a hurry

For the Calabria Movie Film Festival the ticket area hands over to the selling site with a tracked link, and the audience stays in the festival CRM: this year's crowd launches next year's edition.

You update it yourselves, even mid-festival

The Orca Produzioni team edits and publishes the site on their own, pages and languages included, with a log of who published what. We stay behind, not in between.

Fast even when the trailer drops

The sites we publish are static pages with images on a CDN: when the spike comes, there is no database to sit down.

Production or festival: tell us what you have coming.

FAQ

Questions from productions and festivals.

Clear answers about timing, costs, management and SEO.

We already have Vimeo and Instagram: do we need a site?

They help, but they are not yours: you do not decide what a producer or a jury sees. The site is where catalogue, credits and press materials stay the way you want them, at an address that lasts.

Do we rebuild the site for every new project?

No: every project is a page added from the console, with its gallery and credits. The site is made to grow one project at a time, not to be rebuilt.

Can we update it ourselves during the festival?

Yes, and that is the point: programme, guests and news change from the console, even from a phone, and you publish yourselves. The Orca team already works this way.

Do you handle tickets too?

For Calabria Movie we built the edition ticket area handing over to the selling site with tracked links, and the contacts land in the CRM. We start from how you sell today and build around it.

How much does a site for a production or a festival cost?

It depends on what you need: catalogue, tickets, how many languages. We tell you the full price before starting, and it does not change midway.

Does the site survive a trailer release?

The sites we publish are static pages with images on a CDN: a spike does not go through a database that can sit down. It is the same architecture as our own site.
